Dr Don Don, feat. Amali Ward talk about their new single “Good Thing”
Dr Don Don’s recently release track “Good Thing” features the vocal talents of Amali Ward and MusicFeeds caught up with the pair to hear all about it. Wanting to replace a sampled loop Dr Don Don had a good idea of how he wanted the track to sound. Having heard a few of Amali’s tracks released on youtube he thought she would be a great fit for the song and got in contact. Accordingly the recording process was very straight forward with Dr Don Don just asking Amali to do what she does and the pair got along swimmingly.
The forthcoming music video for the release was shot on Green Screen and will highly feature Amali, however as the green screen backdrop is still a work in progress the exact outcome of the project is uncertain. Amali did reveal that it will be a “Futuristic, Bollywood inspired clip… there was lots of green screen stuff so there will be a lot of things superimposed on other things.”
